Hello River Falls Powerlifters and families! Welcome to the RF Powerlifting website. Come back often to check for updates!
POWERLIFTING BOOSTER CLUB/PARENT MEETINGS – Will be held TBD at TBD. The locations will vary depending on the anticipated attendance. Parents are encouraged to attend! The River Falls Powerlifting Booster Club runs on parent volunteers and we need your support!
The next meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 2019 at 6:00 pm at St. Croix Lanes.
The 2016-17 Meet Schedule page has been updated with info about all the upcoming events, including the informal meeting and bowling event this Friday before the Elk Mound meet. Be sure to check it out.
In the past, the February meet was held in Phillips, WI which meant staying overnight at a hotel on the Friday night before the meet. That was a huge source of team bonding, for both the students and parents. Since we do not travel to Phillips anymore, it was decided to make the Elk Mound meet an overnight meet. While the overnight is optional, it is highly recommended. Parents will have an informal get together and the kids will go bowling. Hope to see you there!
We have a block of rooms for Friday Feb 10 but they will be held only until JAN 27! Here is the info:

Team and individual photos will be taken at practice Friday Dec 9, 2016. PLEASE BRING/WEAR your team shirts!! Order form envelopes were sent home with the kids from practice Tuesday December 6, but if yours didn’t make it home, feel free to print this one off and send it along with a check. (It’s formatted for a 6×9 envelope so it will look odd on a normal piece of paper). Questions? Call Nita Dusek 715-377-6277
